Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging (We cannot accept returns or exchanges without the packaging as this protects the jewelry). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at sales@sundarajewelry.com. A shipping label and instructions will be emailed to you. Items sent in must first request a return to be accepted.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Sundara Jewelry, or if an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for delivery and return shipping charges. Sundara Jewelry is not responsible for any return packages not received if the shipping label provided is not used.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
All returns must be unworn and in their original condition. Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the order, please email us at sales@sundarajewelry.com. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Items purchased on sale are final sale.
If only a rose color would like to be changed please follow the instructions on the Flower Replacement Program page.
Refunds Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 5-10 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
