  • How are Sundara Roses Preserved?

    Sundara Roses have been luxuriously preserved to last more than a year. This unique process allows our roses to look and feel like real fresh cut roses.

    We do not use resin to preserve our roses

  • How long will my Sundara Roses last?

    With proper care, you can enjoy your earrings for multiple wears.

    If your roses look worn, you can easily replace them as many times as you like. You can even change the color to change up the look.

  • What if my Sundara Roses are damaged on arrival?

    We package every pair of earrings with the utmost care.

    However our carriers can sometimes be rough during transit.

    If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation as soon as possible.

  • What is your Return Policy?

    We accept returns within 30 days. All returns must be unworn, and in the original packaging.

    Clients are responsible for return shipping charges, and must use a Sundara Jewelry provided label.

  • What is your Exchange Policy?

    Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the order, please email us at sales@sundarajewelry.com.

    If only a rose color would like to be changed please follow the instructions on the Flower Replacement Program page

  • What is your Refund Policy?

    Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 5-10 business days of return receipt.

    You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

  • What are your Shipping Rates?

    All orders are processed in 3 - 5 business days.

    Ground shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders over $500.

    Shipping rates are calculated by UPS, we have ground, Next Day- Air, and Next Day Air Saver

    Please note that orders placed with expedited shipping on Friday will arrive in 1 business day on Monday.

    At this time Sundara Jewelry is only available in the US.

  • How does your Flower Replacement Program work?

    Please click the link and follow these steps:

    1. Complete the form
    2. Proceed to payment
    3. Receive an email with a return shipping label
    4. Mail your Sundara earrings to us
    5. We will do our magic in 3-5 business days
    6. Receive another email that your Sundara earrings are on the way
    7. Wait patiently for your package
    8. Open your box with a heart full of joy!

    • Avoid Moisture
    • Store in your Sundara box
    • Remove when sleeping or exercising
    • Know you may lose some petals, like a real flower.
